Page Peel

The Page Peel transition creates the appearance of peeling back one video event to reveal the next event.

Description

Peel Angle

Drag the slider or enter a value in the box to establish the angle and direction of the peel:

  • 0º produces a vertical, right-to-left peel.

  • 90º produces a horizontal, bottom-to-top peel.

  • 180º produces a vertical, left-to-right peel.

  • 270º produces a horizontal, top-to-bottom peel.

Fold radius

Drag the slider to specify the radius of the peeled edge:

  • 0 produces a flat edge and creates an effect similar to a wipe.

  • 1 produces a soft edge for a pronounced peeling effect.

Slide Amount

Drag the slider to specify whether the edge of the event opposite the peel is allowed to slide:

  • 0 anchors the edge.

  • 1 allows the edge to slide toward the rolling edge.

Peel opacity

Drag the slider to specify whether the peeled edge is opaque or transparent.

Perspective

Drag the slider to scale the peeled edge.Drag the slider to the right to make the edge appear closer to the viewer.The effect is more pronounced when using a large Fold radius setting.

Light color

Click the arrow to show or hide the color controls.

You can use the color picker, type color values (or names), or use the eyedropper to sample a color from your screen.

The color you select will set the color of the light that is reflected on the peeled page.
