Pixelate

Pixelate creates the effect of viewing the video at a lower resolution, making it appear blocky. Very effective when used with keyframe animation to move from highly pixelated to the unaltered video as a sort of transition. The effect can also be combined with a mask to hide someone's face or anything else you might want to cover.

The Horizontal pixelation and Vertical pixelation sliders control the dimensions of the pixels. If the sliders are set to the same value, the pixels are square.
