AI Sharpen
The AI sharpening effect analyzes the edges of objects in your video and enhances them to give the image a sharper and clearer look. The effect can be used to improve the clarity of your video or as a special effect to give your video an unnaturally sharp look.

Select an image or video object in the project.

Click on Effects → Video effects → AI Sharpen → Apply effect in the Media Pool.

Select how much detail is emphasized by the sharpening effect using Details.

Adjust the intensity of the sharpening effect using the slider or the Intensity input field. The value ranges from 0 (no sharpening) to 1 (maximum sharpening).
Preferences
Details | This setting influences how finely the sharpening is applied to the video. A higher level of detail results in finer and more precise sharpening, making small details in the video stand out more. A lower level of detail results in less intensive sharpening, which reduces the risk of excessive noise or artifacts. |
Amount | The "Strength" slider controls the intensity of the sharpening effect. A higher strength enhances the edges and details in the video more clearly, making the image appear sharper and clearer. A lower strength provides a softer sharpening that offers more subtle enhancements without overemphasizing the video or making it look unnatural. |
